Today at our whole school assembly, we were proud to launch The Glenview Framework - our shared Vision, Mission and Values.
In his famous speech about reaching the Moon, President John F. Kennedy spoke about choosing a clear vision and committing to it together. Today, we did the same, not for the moon, but for our children.
The Glenview Framework is the culmination of 18 months of collaboration, reflection and dialogue, during which every child, staff member, parent and governor had the opportunity to contribute and shape the direction of our school.
Together, we have defined the values that guide how we treat one another, the mission that shapes how we work together every day, and a shared vision for the future, one where every child is nurtured, valued and supported to grow in wisdom, confidence and achievement.
We choose this vision not because it is easy, but because it matters for every child, every day - Together for children.
