Inspired by our studies of the famous Seamus Heaney poem, Blackberry Picking, Primary 6 went on an Autumn walk. We created a checklist of things spot on our walk using lines from the poem. This walk will help us create our own autumn inspired poems later in the week.
To help celebrate World Mental Health Day, we also talked about the importance of getting outside for a walk or even just getting some fresh air when it comes to our own mental health.
