Academic excellence is one of the anchors of what we want to offer our children in our school and today, at the beginning of Maths Week Ireland, our teachers met to plan an approach to developing problem solving in mathematics across the school. Today we looked at practical activities, provided by Libby Mailey, that can help children in the early years develop problem solving through number activities.
