A big day for the school community today for 2 reasons. Firstly, we had Conchúr from EA/C2K with us to deliver a session for teachers across the county looking at teaching Irish with technology. We also can announce that Scoil Spreagtha have reached out to us and recognised our excellent Glór Glenview programme and we are delighted to announce that they want us to take part in the ‘Scoil Spreagtha’ scheme for 2025/2026! ‘Scoil Spreagtha’ is an accredited scheme to recognise and celebrate efforts made by English-medium schools to encourage the use of Irish in the school environment. ‘Scoil Spreagtha’ in its design aims to inspire schools to showcase their efforts to promote the use of Irish in the school setting. We are delighted to be able to offer the chance for children to excel in a wide number of curriculum areas. Well done everyone! 💙🩵
