The boys and girls travelled to Meadowbank today to participate in the South Derry Indoor Football and Camogie Events. The competitions were 5-a-side and a record number of schools took part.
The boys got off to a winning start, however they came up a little short in subsequent matches and did not progress.
The girls played some excellent camogie to finish top of their group and they progressed to the play off stages where they met St John's Swatragh. After a thrilling match, which went to extra time, the girls emerged victorious and they will now go on to play in the All County Finals on March 21st!
Well done to all involved and a special word of thanks to Mr Niall Toner who mentored the boys team today.
