Called to holiness through prayer

A great start to Catholic Schools Week with today’s theme looking at our school community being called to holiness through prayer. Mrs Mulholland’s and Mr Convery’s P7s took time to experience Taizé prayer, using a glitter jar to help them reflect on how prayer can still our minds and hearts. The children learned that when our thoughts feel busy or unsettled, prayer helps us slow down, focus and remember that God is always with us. It was lovely to see such a calm, respectful atmosphere as they quietly reflected together. 💙🩵
