Glenview Apple Regional Training Centre is located at St. Mary’s Primary School Glenview, Maghera in Co. Derry.

We focus on delivering courses that build the confidence of local teachers in using technology effectively to help raise standards across the curriculum.

We consult with schools across the North of Ireland who let us know their School Development Plan targets. We then provide courses aimed at helping schools and teachers raise standards in these areas using technology.

In January 2024 we hosted pupil Digital Leader teams from 28 local primary schools for specialised training that they could take back to their own schools.

In February 2024 teachers from Spain visited the school to view good practice in learning and teaching with technology in classes across the school.

In March 2024 we welcomed school leaders from 38 local schools to share how to lead learning and teaching with technology.

In October 2024 we welcomed the NI Innovation Forum to our school who viewed good practice in learning and teaching with technology in classes across the school.

In January 2025 we hosted pupil Digital Leader teams from 28 local primary schools for specialised training that they could take back to their own schools.

In Spring and Summer 2025 we hosted several training sessions in our school, delivered by the EA that focused on Just2Easy, Adobe and C2K Newsdesk.
